If there was a negative number, I would give it. What a miserable company... miserable customer service. You better hope one of their clients doesn't hit you. The appraisal process?? Maria Reyes, you were zero help. Nicole, zero help. Send photos in and we will low ball the repairs. Wanna talk to a supervisor? Good luck. They are condescending and ZERO help. I ended up filing an uninsured motorist claim on my insurance and let them fight it out.

After Their Driver Nearly Killed My 6yo Driver They Decided To Not Take Liability For Their Negligent Driver. This Is Ludicrous But I Expected This From Such A Small Company Not Wanting To Pay Out Which Is Absurd. Especially With A Witness Whom Was Aslo Hit Due To The Negligence Of The Driver.

I was hit from behind by a driver insured by falcon on 10/15/21. It has been over a year they still are avoiding my calls. I have a Agent name Vanity who I've been leaving voicemails with that never returns my calls. I finally spoke to a supervisor who act as though they were going to help and yet another dead end. I suffered a concussion in result of this accident and have numerous amount of bills. I hate that I feel victim to this *** poor of a insurance company. I will be seeking a lawyer to assist me due to their negligence

Horrible Company that does whatever it can to avoid payments on claims

I was hit by someone that has this insurance and they are the worst company. I was assigned an agent named Amelia Gonzales.

I have left messages for Ameila for 8 business days and she has yet to return my calls. I have called her manager Mike Mase and left him 3 messages and he has yet to return my calls. However, Ameila did call my insurance company and tell them that I should go ahead and file a claim with my insurance to get my car fixed. The reason that Amelia is suggesting this is because of the following:

1.

The person driving the car was not the insurer, but the car is insured.

2. They have attempted to reach the insurer for 30 days, but they have a bad phone number for her

3. Since the driver of the car was high/drunk they have to speak to the insurer that the person driving had her permission.

Since the insurer is not responding, they finally said that they would send someone to their house to get a statement but if they don't answer the door they are basically close the case and I will have to be out the money to get my car fixed.

This company does not respond to peopl, and they don't pay out claims. If you get hit by one of their insured people...good luck.

i have learned that all you apparently have to do is when you get into an accident is give a false number, dont respond to any calls from the insurance company and eventually, if you have Falcon Insurance, they will just close the case.nono

This company provided full coverage insurance to a customer (Helen Simpson Gonzalez) that was speeding and texting. She smashed into the side of my truck at around 40 to 50 mph when she missed the road that she was turning on.

My truck was sitting in a Goodyear parking lot with me inside the business.
Falcon Insurance acknowledged that she was 100% at fault. It has been 4 1/2 months since the accident and I have received no letter showing what they will cover. They sent a letter saying that the matter was closed due to lack of interest. They called and said they approved $1200 for an accident that was over $8500 in total.

That offer was rejected outright. A letter from an attorney was unanswered asking for $14200. This included diminished value and loss of use.

This company should not be in business. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and the NAIC.

I received an email from Pissed Consumer. No-they called on September 29th and told the driver of the other vehicle recently that they needed a receipt and the estimate for my repairs.

They avoided the subject with her about the letter of demand from my attorney.

It is now 8 months. This is beyond unethical!

Recommendation is to sue them in court. Hit them for diminished value of your vehicle and loss of use.

This would be in addition to the repair estimate from your body shop not theirs. They are a corrupt company whose interests only there’s not yours.

Runaround by Falcon

Hit from behind. Fellow barely speaks English but did manage to communicate that he had no driver's license but his insurance would "take care of everything." He took off as soon as he realized the police were coming. Falcon says they are waiting on the insured to respond. Seriously??? Pretty sure he won't be responding. They say they'll likely close the file if they don't hear from the insured. I am pretty sure his agent told him to just take off as this seems to be a common theme in all of these complaints. Falcon sucks and should be shut down. Just a scam and they probably never pay a claim. As usual, the hardworking, bill paying, tax payer gets screwed and the freeloader takes off with no worries.

Sue them in court. Find a lawyer to hit them with diminished value and loss of use.

Send them an estimate for your body shop. I have the lawyer send a demand for payment. I am very sure that they will not respond. Then they will be forced to settle.

I have been dealing with this for five months and wish I started even earlier. They are corrupt and will not give you an acceptable settlements.

Hit them for diminished value and loss of use. They will continue doing this to everyone unless you take action.

I am suing them for over $14,000. They will not pay anything until you do so.

I was hit two years ago by theyre insured driver while working on the streets the driver fled and left me in the street police later catching him and informing me he also had no citizenship I havent received a dime and still sustain injuries trama and outstanding bills we need to file a class action for not following guidelines they are so hungry for money they give insurance to anyone who can start a engine .

Very poor service, dishonest and partial reimbursement - File complaints with your state insurance board

A Falcon insured ran into the side of my wife's car. Falcon emailed us forms to complete and return. We did. Several days later after no response, I called and Falcon said they should have had us file through the app. They sent the app and we completed that. After almost a week, I called and they sent an estimate of $1,400. I knew that was low so I contacted my insurance company and got an estimate. It was $2,400. Falcon said to have the body shop send a supplemental if necessary. I dropped the vehicle of at the body shop on Monday per Falcon's request, and I picked up a lesser rental car than I had in the shop. Tear down was complete and the supplemental was sent to Falcon on Wednesday. Falcon did not approve the supplemental until the following Monday - a full week after I dropped the car off at the shop. Falcon claimed the repair shop sent pics of a white Jeep for repair and I had a white SRX in the shop. I called the shop and got a copy of the supplemental with their pictures and all the pictures were on my car. The repairs were complete on Friday and I picked up the car, returned the rental and submitted the rental receipt to Falcon for reimbursement of $942 (this is the only way they do rentals and it is now obvious why). After a week, I called Falcon and they informed me they were not going to pay the full amount because they only paid for rental while the vehicle is being worked on, although they waited 5 days to approve the supplemental. I told them about the delay caused by them and we discussed this over the phone several times - always me calling them. I told them I had good records and would be filing a complaint with the Texas Insurance Board. Eventually they raised their reimbursement to $600, still $342 under the cost of the rental. They sent the $600 check and I did file a complaint the Texas Insurance Board. Now waiting for a verdict. Falcon is a very dishonest and, by the customer service, I think they look for ways to reduce the amount they pay for repairs and reimbursements. If you have an accident with their insured, file with your insurance company and do not deal with Falcon. FILE WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND LET THEM DEAL WITH FALCON - THEY HAVE WAYS TO GET FALCON TO PAY. I did not know this but found out after the fact. If you have and negative dealings with them, I would advise filing a complaint with your state insurance board.
