On Easter Sunday I was moving with the flow of traffic approx. 30 MPH and was struck from the rear by a car going in excess of 55 MPH.

The car that hit me flipped and flew over my car and slid down the highway on itโ€™s roof. I ran to the driver to ensure he was not hurt badly and asked for his insurance. He would not respond. I called the Police and they did an investigation and filled out an accident report.

Once Falcon Insurance was identified as his Insurance provider and the Police report was obtained I started working with an adjuster named Maria. They said that their insured had not turned in the claim or spoken to them so they had to wait to talk to him. A week later they claimed they did not have the Police report so I faxed it to them. Then they needed several pics of the car damage and I even sent them pics of the accident scene and their client.

After sending them the Police report they could not find it and then they needed time to review it. So 15 days into this claim they call and say that they are totaling the car. And would get back to me in a few days. Well four days later no word so I called them and the receptionist said Maria was on another call.

When I left her a message concerning my call the receptionist stayed oh we are denying that claim. Our insured said that you swerved in front of him and that is why he hit you. Total crap! Total lie!

And so unprofessional. The Police report shows that he was 100% at fault. And meanwhile I am renting a car and have no chance of being made while or even close to whole again. Never have I experienced being treated like a scammer when I was clearly a victim.

The guy that hit me does not even have a Valid Texas Drivers license! And certainly canโ€™t drive worth a *** I have been driving on that section of highway for the last 33 years with no problems. I should have been treated better and should have been made whole again.

I was the victim. Now I only have social media to help me feel some justice and believe me Falcon Insurance with over 10,000 followers I will be telling about my experience with your outfit.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

It was and is not your responsibility to verify that the driver of that car is insured, it is the job of the investigating accident officer.your responsibilty is to report the accident to your insurance carrier,and to obtain a โ€œcertified accident reportโ€ to be placed in your case file. Make an appointment with a licenced attorney in your state who practices Tort Law.

I agree and am letting my agent handle it. The accident investigation could not get to his documents at the scene because he flipped his car. They did get it after it was righted and is on the Report.
